MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - So maybe Brett Favre isn’t quite done yet.
The Vikings said Favre has been upgraded to questionable for Monday night’s game against the Chicago Bears.
Spokesman Bob Hagan says the team will watch Favre throw about two hours before kickoff and decide whether Favre can suit up for the outdoors game at the University of Minnesota’s TCF Bank Stadium.
Favre didn’t practice all week because of a sprained throwing shoulder. The injury kept Favre out of last week’s loss to the New York Giants and ended his NFL-record straight of 297 straight regular-season starts.
Rookie Joe Webb is slated to start against the Bears, who can wrap up the NFC North title with a win.
