ST. LOUIS (AP) - The St. Louis Blues, depleted by injuries for much of the season, are expected to get a pair defensemen back for Monday night’s game against Vancouver.

Roman Polak (wrist) and Alex Pietrangelo (upper-body) were expected to return to the lineup, giving the Blues their full complement of defensemen for the first time since Oct. 23.

Polak has missed the last 24 games after having a tendon in his right wrist severed by the skate blade of Pittsburgh’s Sidney Crosby on Oct. 23.

Pietrangelo, the No. 4 pick of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft, has missed the last three games after being injured on Dec. 9 against Columbus.

The Blues are still without forwards David Perron (concussion), Andy McDonald (concussion) and T.J. Oshie (broken ankle). They remain out indefinitely.
