ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - Buffalo Bills starting defensive end Dwan Edwards is done for the season after being placed on injured reserve Thursday because of a hamstring injury.

Edwards signed with the Bills this past offseason as a free agent, and had started all 11 games. He was injured in Sunday’s overtime loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Edwards finishes the year tied for fourth on the team with 59 tackles.

The Bills also signed tight end Mike Caussin Thursday. He spent the first 12 weeks of the season on Jacksonville’s practice squad.

Buffalo now has four tight ends on its roster, but tight end Shawn Nelson has been sidelined since last week because of migraines.
