OPINION:
The Obama administration’s decision to attempt a continuation of tax cuts for the wealthiest Americans and then suggest the Environmental Protection Agency should delay tougher emissions standards means that President Obama has awarded another two years of governing to the Bush administration.
The Democrats may be unhappy, but even they must admit that it’s a clever way to circumvent the two-term limit imposed by the Constitution.
