Now that there’s been a temporary hold placed on the Title 42 border-exclusion policy, we have a brief window to consider it as the last barrier in our border protection system (“Chief Justice Roberts blocks Biden from ending Title 42 deportation policy,” Web, Dec. 19). As usual, the Biden administration has chosen to accelerate the inundation of our borders by illegal immigrants. President Biden is even proposing to provide airline flights for illegals from foreign countries.

Not being discussed here is the bigger picture: the invasion of our country by tribalism. Within the next two years, nearly 5 million illegals from tribalist societies (i.e., nondemocratic governments) will come to this country. Tribalism is based on the idea of communities providing for themselves, which contradicts American values. No modern society has flourished under tribalistic ideology. Mr. Biden needs to be careful about those he invites into our country.

Mr. Biden got the judicial system to sue governors for protecting the borders. He got the churches to use their addresses as legitimate addresses for illegals and instructed Border Patrol agents to process illegals who have criminal histories, including sex offenses. He even has certain media restrict coverage of the invasion. Nongovernment organizations provide transportation for these illegals.

Tribalism’s ideology is not based on the rule of law. It is based on the survivalist mentality, and these illegal immigrants will resort to criminal acts to survive. For example, women who receive welfare assistance will take that money and send it back to cartels for payment. They will be pressured into sex trafficking. The men will be directed to join gangs and act as drug dealers or drug traffickers.

The Biden administration should consider that other criminal groups are witnessing the cartel profits so the exploitation of illegal immigrants from tribalistic countries will only grow. We taxpayers should demand better. Don’t fall for the liberal guilt trips about illegals wanting a better life.
