OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Police in Oklahoma City say they have arrested three people in connection with last week’s shooting death of a southeastern Oklahoma teen.
Sgt. Gary Knight said Monday that investigators took three people into custody following Friday’s fatal shooting of 18-year-old Jake McClain of Idabel.
Knight says McClain and one of the suspects, 20-year-old Seth Tisho of Idabel, had driven to Oklahoma City from Idabel to “conduct an illegal transaction” when McClain was allegedly shot and killed by another suspect, 22-year-old Jonate Jefferson of Oklahoma City. A third suspect, 22-year-old Elijah Wilson of Oklahoma City, was also taken into custody.
Oklahoma County Jail records indicate all three suspects face murder complaints and are being held without bond.
