WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - Police in Delaware say a man and three teenagers were involved in a “gun battle” with a fleeing vehicle in Wilmington.

The Wilmington News journal reports city police responded to reported gunfire Sunday morning and were told by witnesses that two vehicles were chasing each other and exchanging gunfire.

A police release says police then pulled over one vehicle that matched witness descriptions and arrested 18-year-old Nyhe Toston, 21-year-old Kenai Truitt and two 17-year-olds. Each is charged with first-degree reckless endangering, among other offenses.

It’s unclear if they have lawyers. It also is unclear what happened to the second vehicle and its occupants.
