AUGUSTA, Maine (AP) - A New York man who fled after a killing in Augusta, Maine, is due to stand trial.

Aubrey Armstrong is being tried without a jury at his request. The trial was due to start on Monday at the Augusta Judicial Center.

Two other men reached a plea agreement with prosecutors and are expected to testify against Armstrong.
