FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - The Latest on a shooting during an attempted robbery at a Texas bank (all times local):

Police have detained three people in connection with a shooting during an attempted robbery at a North Texas bank.
Three female employees were wounded in the gunfire at Veritex Community Bank, a stand-alone building near Fort Worth’s well-known arts and culture district. Fort Worth police spokesman Sgt. Chris Britt said the women remained in serious but not life-threatening condition in two area hospitals late Thursday.
FBI Agent Eric Jackson said authorities traced a vehicle believed to have been used in the robbery attempt to an address in a residential neighborhood south of the crime scene.
Further details on the suspects were not released. Jackson said no further suspects were being sought.

Police searched for two armed suspects after three North Texas bank employees were shot but expected to survive.
Fort Worth police tweeted “suspects still on the loose” following the gunfire around 9:30 a.m. Thursday inside Veritex Community Bank.
Officers initially responded to a robbery call but were trying to determine a motive for the shootings, according to police spokesman Sgt. Chris Britt.
“At least two suspects, we don’t have a description on them, went into the bank. This call came out as a robbery,” Britt said. “They’re trying to determine if this actually was a robbery or what was going on.”
Amid the search for suspects, police surrounded a Fort Worth house while awaiting a search warrant. Further details weren’t released.
