Principal deputy White House press secretary Raj Shah said Monday the administration is unconcerned about any possible notes or recordings from the author of the controversial book “Fire and Fury.”
“We have no concerns at all about anything this author might produce because he doesn’t have a whole lot,” Mr. Shah on Fox News.
The author, Michael Wolff, said he conducted more than 200 interviews for the book “Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House” and has records supporting his information. The White House has said there are many inaccuracies in the book, and Mr. Wolff is welcomed to introduce whatever information he has.
“We welcome anything he has to introduce because we don’t think it really adds up to much,” Mr. Shah said.
