JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A Pennsylvania man charged with shooting and killing a man last month has turned himself in to police.

Jalen Demere Gibson, of Johnstown, is charged with killing Tevin Sitton on April 3 in Dale. Witnesses told police that Gibson shot Sitton from the backseat of a car. Two other men in the car have also been charged with criminal homicide.

Gibson was accompanied by his attorney Thursday as he arrived at the Johnstown public safety building to turn himself in. His attorney said he’s presumed innocent and there’s more to the case than meets the eye.

The two other men charged in the shooting are being held without bond.
