PHOENIX (AP) - The Latest on a carjacking and separate shooting (all times local):
11:05 a.m.
Phoenix police say two teenage boys are in custody and that a third suspect is being sought in a carjacking in Phoenix and subsequent shooting in Glendale.
Officer Alan Pfohl (foal) says a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old are both accused of armed robbery and that the 16-year-old also is accused of aggravated assault and other crimes.
According to police, a car was stolen at gunpoint in Phoenix early Friday morning and that a short time later a young man in a vehicle was wounded in Glendale by gunfire from the stolen car.
Phoenix police later took the two juveniles into custody but said a third person ran off.
Glendale police Officer Tiffany Smith says the shooting victim’s wounds aren’t life-threatening.
Phoenix police Lt. Wayne Dillon said the incidents appeared to be random acts of violence.

Phoenix and Glendale police are investigating a carjacking and a subsequent shooting that police say apparently involved the same suspects.
Police say a car was stolen at gunpoint in Phoenix early Friday morning and that a short time later a young man was wounded when someone in the stolen car fired shots at a vehicle in Glendale.
Phoenix police later tried to stop a vehicle and the occupants fled on foot.
