POTOMAC FALLS, Va. (AP) - Authorities say someone spray-painted the words “RESIST” in red on a Virginia golf course owned by President Donald Trump.

Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Kraig Troxell says deputies received a call on Saturday about the vandalism at the Trump National golf course. Trump played golf with Kentucky Republican Sen. Rand Paul at the course on Sunday.

Troxell said the Secret Service is the lead investigator on the case.

Aerial photos taken by WRC-TV in Washington show the word spray-painted on the course’s 13th fairway. Anarchist symbols were also etched into the grass with a chemical.

A grassroots anti-Trump movement known as The Resistance uses the hashtag #resist. The movement emerged following Trump’s inauguration in January.
