A super PAC supporting the presidential campaign of Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida is declaring former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush’s 2016 campaign for the White House a “train wreck.”

“Jeb Bush: After spending millions on his train wreck campaign, he’s fallen to throwing mud at Marco Rubio,” a narrator says in the ad from Conservative Solutions PAC.

The narrator speaks over images from a recent ad released by Right to Rise USA, a pro-Bush super PAC, in which Mr. Rubio is depicted as a weather vane twisting in the wind and Mr. Bush’s image is shown on a bustling train.

The pro-Rubio ad goes on to say that Mr. Rubio is “the one Bush and Clinton fear most.”

“Marco Rubio: the next generation of conservative leadership, now,” the ad concludes.
