John Bolton made it crystal clear Thursday that national security — not putting another mustache back in the White House — is his top priority heading into the 2016 presidential race.
Minutes after announcing that he is not seeking the GOP presidential nomination, Mr. Bolton swatted away a question from a reporter who asked about the role his infamous cookie duster could have played in reviving presidential stashes.
“I don’t know and I don’t really care,” Mr. Bolton said.
