OPINION:
As an independent voter, I voted for Bill Clinton the second time around. Back then I spoke out against the Republicans for unmercifully going after him for his sexual involvement with a White House intern. From my perspective the attacks were a detriment to the seat of the presidency and made the entire country look like a soap opera in the eyes of the world. That brings me to former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton.
Hillary’s reluctance to turn over her email server has ’cover-up’ written all over it. If she was on duty all day every day then she was on the taxpayer’s dime, meaning that her server was an instrument used in the performance of her duties to her country.
The excuse that she used that the server is personal has a flaw. If someone uses a gun in a crime and the evidence leads to the individual who owned the gun, the gun can be confiscated and put into evidence.
In Mrs. Clinton’s case, she is being investigated by a committee run by Rep. Trey Gowdy, South Carolina Republican, for her involvement in the Benghazi debacle. Considering that she lied about a video being the cause of the embassy attack (which resulted in our ambassador and his protection team being killed), the evidence and probable cause leads to the server. A warrant should be issued for said server and Mrs. Clinton should be held accountable.
