Rob Ford’s sister, Kathy Ford, told police that she smoked crack with her famous mayoral brother back in April in front of the dealer who sold him the drug that evening, new court documents revealed.

The court documents also show that Ms. Ford was interviewed twice by police in the wake of the release of a video that allegedly showed the then-Toronto mayor smoking crack, the New York Daily News reported. Mr. Ford repeatedly denied use of the drug, but then said, months later, he did smoke it while he was drunk. He also entered rehab and recently dropped his re-election bid to be treated for a malignant liposarcoma.

The documents were just released by a judge and indicate that the police are continuing to investigate the mayor for drug possession, the New York Daily News said. Mr. Ford has yet to be charged with any crime.

In the documents, Ms. Ford is reported to have told police that her brother came to her house “intoxicated” but not “high,” the New York Daily News reported. They also state: “Kathryn Ford and Robert Ford were smoking crack cocaine that night.”
