The website for Christian actor Kirk Cameron’s new movie about saving the true meaning of Christmas, titled “Saving Christmas: Put Christ Back in Christmas,” has been targeted by Islamic hackers — the second such hack in about a month.

Mr. Cameron’s production team told The Blaze that a “fairly sophisticated” hacking team accessed the SavingChristmas.com site both Sunday and Monday. But this isn’t the first time that hackers have attacked the former “Growing Pains” star’s movie site. In September, the production team reported the site was hacked and filled with Turkish content.

Just this weekend, more Turkish text was inserted on the website that included an image of a man making what appears to be a threat, Mediaite reported.

“We have expected opposition to the message of ’Saving Christmas’ from the beginning,” said an executive for Provident Films, Mediaite reported. “But we had no idea it would come from the other side of the world. This incident only heightens our resolve to help this important message get out.”
