DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Four men have been charged with hunting violations after shooting two ducks and two squirrels with a pellet gun in Davenport.
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says charges of hunting without a license, hunting out of season, failure to have a waterfowl stamp, and for shooting waterfowl with lead shot were filed against 19-year-old Hay Seet of Rock Island, Illinois.
Another man from Rock Island and two from Waukesha, Wisconsin, were charged with hunting without a license and taking a game bird out of season.
The DNR says the ducks and squirrels were shot at Credit Island Park in Davenport on Sunday.
The cases have not yet been listed in online court records.
