PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (AP) - The board of governors at West Virginia University at Parkersburg has chosen an interim president.

Rhonda Tracy was selected this week to fill in for Marie Foster Gnage, who announced she was stepping down effective June 30 to become a regional president for Florida State College in Jacksonville.
