FAIRBURN, Ga. (AP) - Police in suburban Atlanta say a 1-year-old child was airlifted to a local hospital after falling from a second-story window.
Fulton County Police Lt. Scott McBride tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (https://bit.ly/1fyi8MF ) the child was at home in Fairburn at the time of the accident. Fairburn is about 20 miles southwest of downtown Atlanta.
McBride says the child was taken to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Egleston. Information on the child’s condition and identity wasn’t immediately available.
