ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A new report says St. Johns County, home to St. Augustine in northeast Florida, is the state’s healthiest county.

The report released Wednesday placed Union County, north of Gainesville, as Florida’s least healthy county.

The report is put together by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute.

The report uses 29 factors that influence health to come up with their rankings. Those factors include smoking, high school graduation rates, employment, physical activity and access to healthy foods.

Rounding out the top five healthiest counties in Florida were Collier, Seminole, Martin and Miami-Dade counties.

Joining Union County at the bottom of the list were Washington, Putnam, Baker and Hamilton counties.
