COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Khem Birch scored 15 points on 6-of-7 shooting and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead seven UNLV players in double figures in a 93-67 blowout of Air Force on Saturday.

UNLV (19-10, 10-6 Mountain West) piled up 51 points in the first half alone, the first time this season it scored more than 50 in a single period. The Runnin’ Rebels never trailed, shooting 62 percent from the field (34 of 55), including 12 of 18 from long range.

Deville Smith also contributed 15 points, Kendall Smith had 12 and Kevin Olekaibe 11 for UNLV, which avenged a Jan. 8 loss to Air Force. Roscoe Smith, Bryce Dejean-Jones and Jelan Kendrick scored 10 points apiece in the win.

Tre’ Coggins led Air Force (11-16, 5-11) with 14 points, including a 3-pointer that broke a 13-0 UNLV run in the second half. Max Yon and Zach Kocur had 11 apiece.
