Forty-eight Skytower riders at SeaWorld San Diego were stuck on the ride, 220 feet in the air, after a power outage at the park stalled operations.
City fire spokesman Lee Swanson said among the riders were two park employees, CBS News reported.
The trapped riders were given snacks and water as they waited for rescue, park authorities said. It took four hours, but all the riders were rescued, and no injuries were reported.
A 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital for treatment of anxiety, however, CBS News reported.
The cause of the power outage is still being investigated.
