RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at a symposium on cardiovascular treatment.
Cooper’s remarks at the Cardiovascular Symposium 2014 are scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m. He is scheduled to address changes in the health care industry in North Carolina and their impact on patients and doctors.
The Cardiovascular Symposium 2014: Building a Network of Care is designed to provide practicing clinicians with opportunities to learn about and discuss new treatments and patience-centered practice. The event is hosted and organized by North Carolina Heart & Vascular.
The symposium is being held at the Renaissance Raleigh North Hills beginning at 8 a.m.
