DENVER (AP) - The Denver Nuggets announced they have signed veteran point guard Andre Miller and the team’s first-round draft pick shooting guard Evan Fournier to multiyear contracts.
Terms of the deals were not disclosed Wednesday by the team.
The 36-year-old Miller led the Nuggets last season with 6.7 assists per game. He has averaged six assists during his 13 NBA seasons and was acquired by the Nuggets in a three-team trade in June 2011. He previously played three seasons for the Nuggets.
Fournier played two seasons for Poitiers of France’s Pro A League. The 19-year-old averaged 14.1 points and last year became the youngest player in that league’s history to score more than 20 points in a game.
