NEW YORK (AP) - Pitchers Mariano Chevalier of the Chicago White Sox and Richard Rodriguez of the Houston Astros have been suspended for 50 games each under baseball’s minor league drug program.

Both are in the Dominican Summer League, and both tested positive for metabolites of Stanozolol.

Chevalier’s suspension began Wednesday, and Rodriguez’s starts when he is reinstated from the disqualified list.

There have been 67 suspensions this year under the minor league program. Cincinnati pitcher Edinson Volquez was suspended under the major league program.
